4Imprint Production Building Expansion

4Imprint’s metal building expansion in Oshkosh, WI, showcases an impressive 170,000 square-foot addition to their existing manufacturing facility. This project is an excellent example of integrating a pre-engineered metal building with a conventional steel structure, combining gable symmetrical, asymmetrical, and lean-to designs. The expansion includes a main production area, two loading zones, a loading office, and three linking buildings, thoughtfully designed to optimize production workflow.

The exterior features a standing seam roof system in Galvalume Plus finish, equipped with tall clips to allow for additional insulation, while the walls are clad in traditional A-panel with a masonry wainscot. Inside, the buildings are fully lined with steel R-panels. Additional collateral loading was incorporated to support solar panel installation. This expansion significantly boosts 4Imprint’s production capacity, supporting their ongoing growth and operational efficiency.
