Commercial Storage Metal Buildings

Deer Creek Self Storage consists of two steel building structures with partitioned walls to create individual storage units. Each unit includes both an overhead door and a walk door for convenient access.

The buildings are enclosed with royal blue HE40 insulated metal panels complemented by a masonry wainscot, and topped with a white standing seam roof system to help protect the building’s contents and ensure energy efficiency. Situated in New Berlin, Wisconsin, the combined total area of both structures is 17,650 square feet.
